The only truth Kenneth Rocky ever gave me the whole time I ever got to talk with him was "Remember those who helped you, so you can help them" "But remember those who hurt you, so they can never do it again" On the times I was in his office, (when he was available, every body from the highest to the lowest) barged into his office about every fifteen minutes for some trival reason that just couldn't wait one fucking hour. Not once did he ever bother to even return one of the calls I left on his message machine.

The one time I pined him down on the status of my claims his responce was "if I can't get them awarded I know someone who can" Well Mr. Kenneth Rocky, another one of your apparent lies and string alongs. My claims were denied in early 2003 and they are dead and buried for all time, my teeth remain as bad as they ever were if not worse and I am back in the same hate filled little nowhere cesspool town living in social rejection even from most of my own family.. And this is supposed to be in my best interest Mr. Rocky, no I don't think so.
