who then filed a complaint with the Mosquito's Union which was promptly denied on the grounds that Miss Mosquito had not filed in a timely manner. Miss Mosquito then appealed the decision, where it is hopelessly deadlocked under Murphy's Law and pending a final decision. Ho Hum.

Breaking News

The appeals board found that Miss Mosquito had not been informed of her right to appeal and ruled that Miss Mosquito's appeal had been filed in a timely manner and remanded the complaint back to the Mosquito's Union for further disposition. After again reviewing the complaint filed by Miss Mosquito the Union again affirmed it's original denial and informed Miss Mosquito of her right to appeal. (sound familiar.)
